　　你们好！我竞选的岗位是我们班的英语学习委员一职。之所以要竞选这个岗位，是因为我的的英语成绩一直都是芝麻开花——节节高。

　　在我很小还在呀呀学语的时侯，妈妈就开始引导我看事物图片，认英语单词。上一年级，妈妈为我购买了学英语丛书等资料，并陪我一起看单词，学句子。从三年级起学校开设英语课，老师也开始给我们教授英语，妈妈精挑细选地给我买了与教材配套的英语光碟。由于以前我对英语的痴迷，这时我学英语更如鱼得水，喜不自胜。上四年级，我的英语已经有了较好的基础，为了继续发展，我每晚都要读一遍英语课文和做一些英语资料，因为妈妈经常告诫我说反复练习，熟能生巧。现在，我已上五年级了，英语老师说我对英语有特异的敏感性，不但发音标准，而且语速流畅，对单词和句型的`掌握熟练，运用自如。因此，每次质量检测时我的成绩都会在全年级名列前茅……可以说，上五年级的我，已经能用流利的英语进行滔滔不绝地演讲了。

　　the cynics say we care for nothing other than grades; and we neglect the need for character cultivation. but again, the cynics are wrong. we care deeply for each other, we cherish freedom, we treasure justice, and we seek truth. last week, thousands of my fellow students had their blood type tested in order to make a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer.

　　as college students, we are adolescents at the critical turning point in our lives. we all face a fundamental choice: cynicism or faith, each will profoundly impact our future, or even the future of our country. i believe in all my fellow classmates. though we are still inexperienced and even a little bit childish. i believe that we have the courage and faith to meet any challenge and take on our responsibilities. we are preparing to assume new responsibilities and tasks, and to use the education we have received to make our world a better place.

　　大家好！值此第32个教师节来临之际，我谨以一名普通教师的身份向广大教育工作者道一声节日快乐，工作幸福！今天我汇报的题目是《简单的幸福》，不当之处欢迎大家批评指正。

　　2013年3月，教育部袁贵仁部长在全国两会上指出：“有教无类，因材施教，终身学习，人人成才”是中国教育梦，每一个教育工作者的梦想就是教育学生成为堂堂正正的中国人，成为能够适应21世纪世界发展潮流需要的有用人才。”十五年前，我就是怀着这样的教育梦想义无反顾地选择了教师这个职业。十五年来，我用真情与执着谱写着属于自己和孩子们的简单的幸福。

　　有了爱，便有了一切；有了爱，便有了教育的源泉。大大的“爱”字，让我真正走进了孩子们的世界。2000年9月，学校安排我到一年级包班。开学第一天，一个叫昌锡明的男孩引起了我的注意，他经常摔倒，摔倒后很难站起来，原来孩子患有先天性肌肉坏死症。由于疾病的原因，每当间操和体育课，锡明就像一只被关在笼子里的小鸟一样孤零零地坐在教室里。第二天课间操时我紧紧地握住锡明的手说：“走，我们一起做操去！”我让他站在班队的最前面，看着他做操。他站不稳了，我马上扶住他；他摔倒了，我马上抱起他，他疲惫了，我用双肩支撑他，他可能受到冲撞时，我用自己的身躯保护他。课间操结束了，我再将他搀回教室。从那天起，每天的间操时，全校师生都会看见我领出一个孩子，又扶回一个孩子。就这样，转眼就是几年。有时，小锡铭上厕所不方便，他实在不好意思总是麻烦同学，就偷偷地在别的班的卫生区里撒了尿。我知道后总是自己悄悄地打扫干净。一天，我在书中发现了一张小纸条，上面写着“老师，谢谢您，谢谢您无私的爱！”看着那熟悉的字迹，我的心不断在震颤，眼圈也在不自觉中潮湿了。

　　对学生的爱，让我收获着做教师的深深感动，在心与心的碰撞中懂得了什么是幸福。这份幸福更指引着我在业务上刻苦钻研，在不断的成长中细细地体会着教书育人的快乐。

　　2008年10月，我主动提出在班级进行教学改革。消息一传出，就掀起了轩然大波。有的老师说我是出风头，老师一直这样教，学生一直这样学，不是你说改就能改的。家长有的到学校找我，有的给我打电话，他们都不想让我用他们的孩子做实验！得知消息的丈夫也开始埋怨我自找麻烦。面对着方方面面的阻力，我犹豫过。但一想到班里那么多天天辛苦学习的孩子们，想到他们被强迫接受学习，机械练习、死记硬背的样子，我就又坚定起来。庆幸的是，我的教改计划得到了学校领导的支持与鼓励，这也给了我无穷的动力。我就暗下决心，不但要实施教改，而且一定要成功。于是我自己拿着摄像机主动要求外出听课，发现好的作法就录下来，回到家里一边反复看录像，一边查阅教改资料，一边钻研自己的教改方法。一个又一个不眠的夜晚，一遍又一遍的反复推敲，终于换来了我自己清晰的教改计划。我跟家长们说：“我们的孩子在长期的灌输式学习中变得内向、被动、缺少自信和创造性。因此，我要通过教改培养学生获取知识的能力、分析解决问题的能力以及交流合作的能力。”家长终于被我说服了，临走时他们用仍有疑虑的目光告诉我，自己肩上的担子更重了。

　　叶圣陶先生说过，教师之为教，不在全盘授予，而在相机诱导。这就要求实施教改的我一定要完成角色上的转变，由课堂的主导者变成引导者。我教改的第一步就是培养学生的质疑能力。已习惯老师提问的学生听到现在要他们自己提问时个个面面相觑。于是我要求每个学生在做预习时都要提问。课堂检查预习时，对提出有新意问题的学生大加表扬。渐渐的，学生问题越来越多，针对性也越来越强，课堂随之活跃起来。接着我开始培养学生解决问题的能力。我有意的把一些小游戏、小故事引进课堂，有时还发动学生把一些玩具带到课堂，营造一种轻松愉快的气氛，学生争着解答问题。那段时间我真是逢山开路，遇水搭桥！一刻也不敢放松的坚持着、尝试着、探索着，越来越多的学生开始适应我的新课堂模式。有一天，我在讲授《刺猬汉斯》一课，当问到文中的两个国王谁对谁错时，从不发言的魏德功第一次大胆的站了起来，他大声地说：“这两个国王的做法都对！从父亲的立场出发，他们都希望自己的女儿幸福。”他的回答遭到大家的质疑，在同学们接二连三的追问中我发现魏德功有些坚持不住了，我当即带头为他鼓起了掌。我从这个孩子与众不同的回答中不但看到他敢于表达的勇气，更读懂了他的内心，这个生活在离异家庭的孩子多么渴望父爱呀！第二天，我就主动联系了魏德功的父亲。原来，他的父亲患有严重的疾病，根本不能照顾自己的孩子。当我把孩子在校的表现告诉他时，一个高大的男人竟潸然泪下。这时我叫来了魏德功，孩子看到很久没见到的苍老的爸爸，他也哭了。就是从那天起，魏德功变了。每一堂课他都抢着发言，每次活动他都积极参加。魏德功的进步让原来和他一样沉默的孩子看到了希望，于是我发动全班同学帮助他们，谁上网查到了资料就会主动地复印几份，送给家里没电脑的同学，大家互帮互助，资源共享，课堂上再也找不到一个沉默的.身影。课堂气氛轻松、愉快，从始至终充满学生质疑声、解答声、讨论声、辩论声、欢笑声，吸引了很多老师来听课，他们亲切地叫我的学生“机灵鬼儿”、“小能豆”，法国教育家第斯多惠所说：“教学的艺术不在于传授本领，而在于激励、唤醒和鼓舞。”这正是我不懈的教育追求。

　　漫漫长路，一路走来，虽有山重水复疑无路的困惑与辛劳，但更多的是收获了柳暗花明又一村的惊喜和幸福。2009年4月，在全校公开课《隐姓埋名三十年》上，李嘉欣同学恰如其分地引用《卜算子·咏梅》赞颂王承书的淡泊名利，无私奉献，让所有的老师赞叹不已。2009年12月，在全区教改公开课《将相和》上，江如蓝同学图文并茂的为大家讲解赵王为秦王鼓的瑟是高档乐器，而秦王为赵王击的缶是低档乐器，这一点也可以说明是赵王胜了，把听课的老师惊呆了。不到12岁的小姑娘翟丁玉写出了两万多字的小说《回忆的天空》。百灵鸟李雨青在全国青少年读书演讲活动中获一等奖。教改的五年里，我所带过的两个班级语文成绩一直在全区名列全茅。我的教改终于被大家认可了，并在全区推广，这让我拥有了一份期盼已久的成功的幸福。这种幸福再一次让我坚信自己选择教改的正确，分数只能伴随学生一时，能力才能伴随学生的一生。

　　I Am Tripping My Elephant Here

　　Once upon a time, a weenie ant was walking on his way. As he was walking, suddenly he felt the ground shaking terribly. He looked around with his paranoid eyes and saw an elephant walking right behind him. Quickly, the little ant covered himself with dirt, but one leg was unfortunately left out. A sparrow saw everything, so she flew down with the purpose of teasing the ant: “Hey, chicken! Watch out your leg, it’s out!” The ant felt embarrassed at first but then calmly responded: “ Shi?I am going to trip that elephant.”

　　Right now, I’m standing on this glamorous stage. But everything here reminds me of is a not so fun memory. Around this time last year I was in Nanjing competing in another speech contest. That was the first time for me to be in such a large event. Of course the pressure I was under was immense too. After a sleepless and stressful night, I went onto that stage without the feeling in my legs. That speech turned out to be horrible. I don’t remember how I get down from there, but I do remember afterwards I just wanted to find a hole to hide in just like the ant in the story. Back at my school, it took a long time for me to recover. Thanks to all the help I got from my special friends. My confidence was restored. After rounds of giving speeches and answering tough questions, I am here today. From all that I’ve been through I’ve learned that a good future is based on a forgotten past, if I want my life to go on well I have to let go of my past failure. 　　Should Smoking in Public Places be Banned?

　　Nowadays many countries in the world have passed laws to ban smoking in public places. Some smokers claim that their rights are infringed if smoking is forbidden in public places. However, most non-smokers regard the ban as good news. As far as I’m concerned, smoking should be banned in all the public places such as restaurants, theaters and public squares.

　　On the one hand, smoking is harmful both for smokers themselves and others. It is reported that every year smoking causes millions of death around the world. On the other hand, smoking pollutes the air. Just imagine that you sit in a restaurant full of smoke, how can you enjoy your meal there? Besides, smoking is bad for the elevation of a country’s image in the world.

　　下面我谈一下，我竞聘英语教师的几个优势和条件：

　　1. 有良好的师德我为人处事的原则是：老老实实做人，认认真真工作，开开心心生活。自己一贯注重个人品德素质的培养，努力做到尊重领导，团结同志，工作负责，办事公道，不计较个人得失，对工作对同志有公心，爱心，平常心和宽容心。自从参加工作以来，我首先在师德上严格要求自己，要做一个合格的人民教师!认真学习和领会上级教育主管部门的文件精神，与时俱进，爱岗敬业，为人师表，热爱学生，尊重学生，争取让每个学生都能享受到最好的教育，都能有不同程度的.发展。

　　2. 有较高的专业水平，我从****毕业后曾到山东师范大学进修英语教学培训，系统而又牢固地掌握了英语教学的专业知识。多年来始终在教学第一线致力于小学英语教学及研究，使自己的专业知识得到进一步充实、更新和扩展。

　　3. 有较强的教学能力从选择教师这门职业的第一天起，我最大的心愿就是做一名受学生欢迎的好老师，为了这个心愿，我一直在不懈努力着。要求自己做到牢固掌握本学科的基本理论知识，熟悉相关学科的文化知识，不断更新知识结构，精通业务，精心施教，把握好教学的难点重点，认真探索教学规律，钻研教学艺术，努力形成自己的教学特色。我的教学风格和教学效果普遍受到学生的认可和欢迎。

　　以上所述情况，是我竞聘英语教师的优势条件，假如我有幸竞聘上岗，这些优势条件将有助于我更好的开展英语教学工作。

　　如果我有幸竞聘成功，能担任四年级英语教师的话，我将从以下方面开展工作。

　　一是认真贯彻执行党的教育路线、方针、政策和学校的各项决定，加强学习，积极进取，求真务实，开拓创新，不断提高自己的综合素质、创新能力，用自己的勤奋加智慧，完成好教学任务。使我校的英语教学上一个大的台阶。

　　二是做一个科研型的教师。教师的从教之日，正是重新学习之时。新时代要求教师具备的不只是操作技巧，还要有直面新情况、分析新问题、解决新矛盾的本领。进行目标明确、有针对性解决我校的英语教学难题。
